This character can be unlocked as a single opponent after summoning "Blackwing - Silverwind the Ascendant". This character and Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon can be unlocked as Turbo Tag Duel opponents after Summoning "Ultimate Axon Kicker". Their Tag Team name is Hurricane Regiment.
