The clinic is run by Doctor and Elli. Elli works at the front desk and sells the player items, and Doctor will provide check ups and take care of your character if she/he passes out from fatigue. The second floor of the clinic is where Elli and Doctor live. Several events also take place at the clinic throughout the course of the game. The clinic is open every day except for Wednesdays and holidays, from 9AM to 4PM.
