Darth Venor (born Celessa Vasch) was a Human Sith Lord and former Jedi Knight. She was born on Nar Shaddaa in 3,987 BBY to Tasha Vasch and an unknown father. She was taken from her mother in 3,985 BBY to go to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant for training. She was taken on as an apprentice by the Jedi Knight Xaset Terep and was promoted to Knight status in 3,965 BBY. Two years later, Celessa followed her master into the Mandalorian Wars on the side of the Republic. At the beginning of the Jedi Civil War, she fought for the Republic, but she later defected and joined Revan.
