On June 1 over the Twitter website, Resse and Damion Nemeth had an argument over who'd take over HPW if it ever goes into disclosure. A friend of Resse's (Trevor) was chosen instead of Damion as the replacement of HPW one day. Damion and Resse argued and argued until Resse came up with a plan. They'd take the SmackDown vs RAW 2005 Disc where they already created their characters and simulated a match between Damion and Resse's friend Trevor. To make the match even the CAWS had the same stats and moves. Damion's CAW had won the battle which meant that if HPW wen't into disclosure, Damion would take the company in his hands if he wanted to.
