Target Terror is the eighteenth level found in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. This level is also the second level in Krazy Kremland. It comes after Hornet Hole and before Bramble Scramble. This level is the first rollercoaster level in the game. The level has Diddy and Dixie ride in a Skull Cart throughout the entire level. This level also has Check and X Barrels which has the effect of opening and closing gates. The gates are required to get through if the level is to be completed. If the monkeys crash into the gate, it results in a loss of a Kong. Klanks are the main threat in the level, as these foes hurl their barrels at the two primates. Other than Klanks, Zingers and Flitters appear as other hazardous enemies who try to stop the two monkeys.
