Carlie Casey is an American actress. On House, M.D. she portrayed Cindy, the local beauty queen, in the Season 8 episode The Confession. Casey has been acting since the age of 13 (and did a voice over for a video game at the age of 4) and has had featured roles in Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and Big Time Rush.
