Charles "C. J." Ah You, Jr. (born July 7, 1982) is an American football defensive end, currently a free agent, who played most recently for the St. Louis Rams of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the seventh round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at Oklahoma.
