God of Empathy is a technique that awoke in the right eye Omoi Uchiha. It is considered to be one of the strongest techniques of the Uchiha Clan. This technique allows Omoi to completely manipulate the feelings and emotions of his target or target's by either increasing or decreasing a specific feeling or emotion able to be felt by someone.
