Dick Perez Cards is an insert set in 2008 Topps Heritage. Inserted as box toppers in the Walmart Blaster Boxes, ths 10 card set features some of baseball's hottest stars and one Hall of Famer. The cards were issued three per $10 box and six per $20 box.
