The Customer was in the Western Front boutique being served by Gail Potter and wanted to see different coloured tops in size ten. Gail, however, was distracted with annoyance at Suzie Birchall who was in the back room, using the phone to ring boyfriend Roger Floriet in France and putting both of their jobs at risk by incurring the wrath of Mike Baldwin.
