Bureaucrats are the highest tier of DCAU Wiki users, with the additional ability of being able to change user rights. In all other respects, bureaucrats are simply administrators. The "founder" of a wiki automatically is granted administratorship and bureaucratship. The founder of this wiki was a bureaucrat. To become a bureaucrat, you must be granted bureaucratship by another bureaucrat, as a result of a successful vote on Requests for Bureaucratship.
