Horsham was a small town in Atlantis. During the Atlantean War of Independence, the Atlantean Assembly passed through Horsham after it evacuated New Hastings. General Victor Radcliff also stopped in Horsham after while trying to catch up with the Assesmbly. Radcliff saw very little to recommend Horsham. He even opted to stay in his tent than at the inn. While staying here, he was contacted by his kinsman, Avalon representative Matthew Radcliffe, who informed Radcliff that the British had landed Copperskin mercenaries in Avalon.
