Numbuh 24 was a Filipino KND guard who appeared in Operation: P.R.E.S.I.D.E.N.T. He was the result of a contest held by Cartoon Network, "Operation: C.A.R.T.O.O.N.", which offered the winner a cameo appearance in an episode of the show. Numbuh 24 was modeled after the winner of the contest, Jhouwel, and is noticeably more realistic-looking and detailed than other characters.
