Dr. O is a villain in the Super Secret Secret Squirrel segment of the 2 Stupid Dogs series. He is an evil genius and a criminal mastermind with plans to cover the world in darkness by using a satellite to block out the sun. Secret Squirrel was at a disadvantage being blinded by total darkness. Morocco Mole had to help guide the way.
