Doctor E.M. Balmer is many things. A flamboyant, self-centered embalming machine that embodies the concept of embalming, Balmer profits off of purging and selling inert biovessels to the highest bidders, making them into tourist traps. His greatest dream is to take control of the Hospital and repurpose it.
