Carl Pritchard is a Major in the United States Marine Corps and who in the aftermath of the previous carrier, Commander Ray Trapp became the new football carrier. Secret Service Agent Caitlin Todd assigned Captain Pritchard to protect the President of the United States while she and NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs searched for the terrorist, Leonard Rish who had been tasked with assassinating the President.
