The Actioneers are a crime-fighting organization based in New York. One of their members Sergeant Superior would be killed by Gary Hampton while he was on a his full moon animalistic frenzy. However, Zechariah would revive him and he would become a vampire too. Zechariah would eventually have Superior covert Kinetic, Code Blue, Minotaur, into vampires. Since Mecha-Maid isn't a human, she couldn't be converted. Zechariah would eventually used them for his own plans. They would be quartined until Zechariah's death cured them of their vampirism. Scott Duvall would sometime join them in crime fighting after Cecil saw more use for him as a superhero.
