The Wierd of Orkney is an ancient witch, servant of Wyrhta, who makes her abode on the Isle of Orkney, in the Western Sea of the World. She has lived throught countless ages, wreaking havok on everything good. She was finally slain by Haft, with the help of the elvin sage Morywenn, told of in the Saga Haftia.
