Ingrid Brown was a notorious Nephandus who kept her nature entirely secret from her Sleeper family. When her grandson Winston Awakened, however, the two came into conflict and Ingrid murdered Winston's wife Evelyn. Winston dedicated the rest of his life to revenge on his grandmother, and may have found it in the Sebel-al-Mafough Whash.
