This used to be a part of the Monster Trouble Quest, but now it's just a separate quest to get a weapon. Master Shinsu, the sensei of the land, helps you craft a powerful ranged weapon for beginners: Ninja Throwing Stars! But doing this requires time, walking, and a whole lot of courage. ...
