Lyndon-Bee is a super villain who applied to join The Revenge Society, along with his wife, in Bright Lights, Dean City. His super power is that he is human by night and a bee by day. He is an obvious parody of Lyndon B. Johnson, President of the United States from 1963 to 1969. This is supported by his stating "You will not seek nor will I accept your escape," is a riff on the famous speech by Lyndon Johnson stating "I will not seek nor will I accept a nomination from my party for another term."
