Bobb was an Ithorian male savant who was from Alsakan. He loved information concerning rules and regulations and became the travelling companion of the assassin droid known as Exactor. A quiet, undemanding individual, he was one of the few sentients Exactor admitted any fondness towards, even referring to him as a friend.
