The Energy Research Bill (ERB) is a United States bill designed to give more funds to the United States Department of Technology and Developement to design alternative fuels, such as bio-fuel, solar, and hydrogen. It was passed by United States President Harrison Ford, and was supported by big-brand automotive makers, such as Ford, GMC, and Dodge, while opposed by representatives from Texas, the northern states, and Alaska.
