The forces commander on Mercury at the beginning of the Exo-fleet's liberation campaign. While he only appears briefly in the series, he appears to be an officer that is respected by his subordinate, Thrax. He orders Thrax to make a counter attack against the Exo-cruisers while he him-self attacks the main base the Exo-fleet set up on Mercury. Knowing it is a suicide run, he tells Thrax that should he fail, it is Thrax's responsibility to evacuate as many of the troops as he can. Glycon met his end during his attack against the Exo-fleet Jump Troops.
