The Goddess lives in the pond on the mountaintop that separates the two towns. She comes by to meet you early on the game and explains to you that she collapsed the tunnel between the two towns and asks for your help with fixing the tunnel and to help the mayor's become friends. She will allow Eileen to fix the tunnel between the two towns if the mayor's friendliness meter gets up to certain point. The friendship level can only be increased by taking part in the Cooking Festivals.
