The Gekko Gang is a gang of relatively violent criminals in Boston, Massachusetts, that specializes in drug dealing and robberies. Comprised of a few members, the gang has a decent amount of influence over South Boston, sharing territory with the other gangs in the city and together enforce an interesting style of peace. There have been multiple run ins with the authorities. As the Gekko Gang only allows mutants or people willing to accept powers among their ranks, they are at the forefront at some of the tensions between Homo Sapiens and Homo Superior in Boston. The group named themselves after Gordon Gekko, Michael Douglas' character from the movie Wall Street and Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.
