Lieutenant Enrico Marini was an officer for the Special Tactics and Rescue Service, a law enforcement organization based in Raccoon City. Enrico led the Bravo Team, with Captain Wesker assuming overall command of the organization. In 1998, Marini led his team out to a dilapidated mansion to investigate a series of slayings in its immediate vicinity. After three hours of no radio contact, the rest of S.T.A.R.S. were sent in to investigate.
