The Vackrinos District was a district on the planet Acamar III. Bruno Prison, Dylhuc Detention Center, Felker City, and Tezber outpost were located in this district. In 2313, the Gatherer leader Penthor-Mul and his followers targeted the weapons supply depot at outpost Tezber. Before the raid could commence, Mul was apprehended by the Acamarian Internal Security in Felker City. Charges were filed against Mul, who was detained in the Bruno Prison. A week before his trial, he was transferred to the Dylhuc Detention Center. As trial was beginning, Mul was, as later investigation revealed, assassinated by the sole surviving member of Clan Tralesta.
