Danaeus was one of several men that Queen Nebula recruited to join her and Hercules on their journey down the Euphrates to the Temple of Dumuzi in hopes of resurrecting Iolaus. Danaeus was not impressed by Hercules. One night in the forest, Danaeus wandered off and was later found dead, impaled on a tree branch. Hercules buried him but, sometime later, Danaeus as a zombie was part of a zombie attack on the crew.
