Heishiro combines his Earth and Wind natures creating a large volume of sand with a high percentage of dust particles, causing it to be extremely flammable. He scatters the sand into the air in a similar fashion to a sand storm and uses Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu to shoot a continuous stream of flame into the storm igniting it around his opponent. Due to the obvious reasons it is negated by Water Style jutsu and can be dispersed before ignited by another Wind Style jutsu.
