Chris Tsakis is an American voice actor. He has done the voice of Elc in Slayers NEXT (replacing Elc's original actor; Adam Sholder, who was unavailible for voice acting). Tsakis' only other two roles have been in I Was a Teenaged Mummy and The Stanger as uncredited roles.
