Batgirl is beginning to settle in Blüdhaven and is receiving combat training from Onyx. She makes some important fist steps, including acquiring an underworld snitch named Marquis and a headquarters courtesy of Batman and Alfred. She also discovers that something big is going down - the Penguin has a delivery coming. However, she doesn't know that the Brotherhood of Evil are in town.
