A former friend of Danny's, Mark Shepard, has moved back to Amity after being gone for six years. Much has changed for Danny in six years, and his former best friend knows nothing about it. But old friends is the last thing on Danny's mind when Amorpho returns to town, craving mayhem and all the attention it causes. Danny's fights get even more difficult as he has to not only find and take care of Amorpho before he causes a serious problem at the Pep Rally, but also to keep Mark from discovering his secret that could ruin their friendship.
