Southwell House was a 6 storey tower block on Trippleton Avenue in the Kitwell area of south Birmingham. The block was one of two, with the other being Kitwell House, built on the Wychbury Road plot of the Kitwell Farm Project. It was built from 1952 to 1953 by Stubbings and contained 28 flats. It has since been demolished.
