Skagarans were a warp-capable humanoid species from the Alpha or Beta Quadrants. In the latter half of the 19th century, they kidnapped a number of Humans from the Ancient West to use as slave labour on a colony they were building in the Delphic Expanse, but the Humans revolted and gained control of the colony. They had a form of liquor called Skagaran whiskey. (ENT episode: "North Star")
