Pokémon Trainers who earn eight Gym Badges by defeating the Gym Leaders of the Sinnoh League qualify to challenge the Elite Four located in Lily of the Valley Island, where the Lily of the Valley Conference (スズラン大会 Suzuran Conference) is held annually. Competing Trainers are housed in hotels in small villages similar to previous leagues.
