The Second Leadership election for the Rutanian Federalist Party because of the retirement of Jonathan Wells. It was in January 3810 at the party's national conference. Five candidates were up for the position, Jenna Scherer won the most votes and became leader, Drew McAndrews won the second most amount of votes and kept the position of Parliamentary Leader.
