Dillame is the capitol of Illya Province and is mentioned first in Geneforge 1. Once a growing Shaper colony far out in the wilderness, it is now a major seaport for goods transport. In Geneforge 4, players are allowed to visit the city almost directly after leaving the Forsaken Lands. This was the city in which General Alwan resided in after he took back the province for the Shapers.
