Different users have access to different functions of the site. While anyone can do most things on the site, including reading and editing, BOSS can access a few additional functions. You may address the BOSS formally as the "Bureau of Bureaucracy and Sysop Senate", but shorted as the "BOSS". You have to respect all the BOSS sysops and bureaucrats as well as the other users.
