Manny's Mexican restaurant in Downtown Kansas City is an absolutely huge Mexican restaurant. It's so huge that even if the bar is completely full of people waiting for a table, you rarely have to wait more than 30 minutes. They turn over tables pretty quickly. The margaritas are pretty good, and they make each one in the glass instead of premixed, so if you don't like yours much, just order a few more.
