The Mudkip Lieking Club is an organization of groups of people in various regions who liek Mudkipz. Of course, who doesn't? Aside from people who have almost turned into Mudkipz themselves with the Mudkip Syndrome the members of this club are known to speak human languages and the Mudkip Language rather fluently.
