Bill Womullun is an OSI agent who was captured during a mission in Nashville, Tennessee. Womullum discovered that information stolen from the U.S. government was being distributed as a high frequency code in audio recordings by country-western star Buck Buckley. Jaime Sommers was sent locate Womullun and continue his mission. He was eventually rescued by Sommers.
