Cam is a racing announcer from Turbodogs. He continue his new life as a newsreporter and an interviewer. He is one of the survivors of World War IV. Since the bombing of Racerville, he was a prisoner of war (POW). He is possibly the only newspaper stand employee. He was still being a fan of Gerald Ford.
