When Rygel pointed out that the final product looked more like Rygel I than himself, Zhaan suggested that Rygel I's spirit must reside within Rygel. ("Exodus From Genesis") Rygel treasured the spirit painting Zhaan had made for him, and it was displayed prominently in his quarters, especially after her death.
