The Krom'gar Grunt is a buff given to Horde characters upon finishing the quest File:Horde 15.png [26] We're Here to Do One Thing, Maybe Two.... It appears anytime after that once the player enters Stonetalon Mountains. It gives the character a tabard 'aura' while in the zone.
