At some point prior to November 1993, the Neo Zeed Building was erected in Tokyo, Japan. The organisation presents itself as a respectable business (seemingly Sega), but still required a powerful security presence to prevent their true nature being exposed to the world. Instead of training their valuable ninjas in these positions, the Neo Zeed used their considerable wealth to bring in licensed guards from agencies and other companies to protect their assets. The building was turned into a fortress, requiring a card key and PIN code to enter and guards regularly patrolled around the entrances to discourage any prospective intruders.
