Char'on G'rean was the Galactic Senate-appointed Chief Administrator of Pho Ph'eah in the years leading up to and during the Great Territorial War. Despite his efforts to convince Ussej Padric Bac that there were no Sith on the planet during the Bombing of Pho Ph'eah, he was killed when Darth Ravinos destroyed his government offices. The Galactic Senate posthumously awarded him a Congressional Medal of Freedom.
