Helical HyperCom (HH) was a company renowned for the production of personal comm devices. During the final years of the Galactic Republic, Orson Krennic arranged to have Galen Erso join an HH research team on Lokori. The company was in the process of building a crystal array that would boost communication relays between planets and systems affected by the Clone Wars when Erso was hired. As an employee of Helical Hypercom, Erso was in charge of overseeing quality assurance for the company.
