The giant ursadon is a powerful form of the ursadon, two of which were found on the Daelaam Ark. Broodmother Niadra slew one for its biomass. The protoss attacked the second in order to prevent Niadra from infesting it. (Niadra had the option of controlling it or even sacrificing it for more biomass.)
