The Master of Works was a Conjoiner designed, artificially intelligence servitor tasked with the covert construction of a fleet of lighthuggers. Self-aware but purposefully built to lack freewill, it was placed in charge of a nameless comet and thousands of common, mindless servitors. It possessed the ability to trawl visitors before granting them clearance to enter "its" comet.
